The All In: The Game of Inclusion (LGBTQ+) 09 2025 – 02 2027

The All In: The Game of Inclusion (LGBTQ+) is designed to advance trans inclusion, empower youth, and promote sustainable practices that foster awareness and civic engagement. By addressing systemic barriers, challenging stereotypes, and strengthening community networks, ALL-IN aligns with EU priorities of inclusion, diversity, active citizenship, and civic participation. Through its collaborative approach, the project aims to create meaningful and lasting societal change.

The project’s first objective is to foster inclusion in sports and education by dismantling stereotypes and barriers faced by trans individuals. Developing an Inclusion Toolkit and modular training resources will equip youth, educators, and community leaders to create welcoming, diverse environments. These efforts ensure that sports organizations and educational settings embrace empathy and inclusion, directly supporting the EU’s priority of promoting diversity in education, training, youth, and sports.

Another key goal is to empower trans youth aged 15–25 through mentorship, leadership opportunities, and peer-led initiatives. This approach amplifies their voices and enables them to co-create impactful content, including short films, podcasts, and digital campaigns. By sharing their narratives and challenging biases, trans youth will reshape societal perceptions and promote active citizenship, aligning with the EU youth priority of fostering leadership and initiative among young people.

To ensure systemic change, ALL-IN will establish a trans youth-led mentoring program that fosters collaboration while strengthening partnerships with LGBTQ+ organizations, sports clubs, educators, and policymakers. These partnerships will embed inclusive practices into institutional frameworks, advancing the EU priority of civic engagement and shared values.

Finally, ALL-IN will raise awareness and engage communities through campaigns, workshops, and the Festival of Inclusion, celebrating diversity and solidarity. By creating spaces for dialogue, the project inspires empathy and promotes inclusion, contributing to the EU’s goal of civic participation.

The project’s expected outcomes include creating inclusive environments in sports and education, empowering trans youth and allies to thrive and advocate for change. Youth-driven content will challenge stereotypes and inspire systemic transformation. Strong networks and partnerships will ensure the integration of inclusive practices, while campaigns and policy recommendations will influence frameworks and foster cultural acceptance.

By addressing stereotypes, empowering trans youth, and promoting systemic inclusion, ALL-IN not only aligns with EU priorities but also delivers lasting outcomes, advancing a shared vision of a more inclusive, empowered, and engaged society.
