On 24–25 September 2026, Vilnius hosted INACH’s annual conference on digital violence and hate speech in the age of artificial intelligence. The conference and annual members’ meeting were jointly organised by the International Network Against Cyber Hate (INACH) and its member, the national LGBT rights organisation LGL.

Representatives of civil society, policymaking, research and technology discussed how AI is changing the creation and spread of harmful content, the responsibilities of online platforms, and how the Digital Services Act and the AI Act can address these challenges.

For LGL, it is essential that communities affected by online hate have a voice in decisions about online safety. We thank INACH for its collaboration, Vilnius City Municipality for its support, the speakers and panellists for their insights, and everyone who joined us.
