We started the new academic year with the training for the LGL’s Board and staff members in the field of internal communication and strategic planning. In the course of the meeting several strategically important decisions have been made, contributing to positioning the association LGL as even more open and democratic organization, representing the interests of the whole diverse LGBT community. With the view of achieving these aims, the new Statute of the organization will be drafted by the ond of this year!
