1) How long until I get my stuff?
We ship most items 2-3 business days after you place your order. If the order is shipped inside Lithuania, it can take between 3-5 working days, otherwise for international orders shipment times may vary between 1-4 weeks. If what you ordered is temporarily out of stock, you‘ll be contacted as soon as possible, and we will let you know when it is ready again to be shipped. We take care of your purchases, so… don‘t panic!
2) What are the shipping rates?
It depends on where your address is! We do shipments everywhere: in Lithuania, in the EU, internationally, to galaxies and far-away planets…
But for any further information, just select your favorite LGL item, add it to cart, and select from the menu the country where you want your item to be shipped: in doing so you will see the shipment cost for your country included in the final price of your purchase! It‘s that easy.
3) Is my order in good hands?
Of course! We take care of all our customers’ orders and we want only the best for you and your order. We will ship the order by registered letter/package so that a track number will be provided to you – so you can see your item winging its way to you.
By this way whenever you feel like discovering the tracking of your item, you can always email at email@example.com. We will be happy to provide you the tracking number of your order and if your shipment is a local one, you will be able to check anytime the status of your shipment on the Lithuanian Post website. If your shipment is an international one, you can track the movements of your order first on the Lithuanian Post website when your order is travelling inside Lithuania and then your national couriers once departs on it’s merry way toward you.
4) How do I pay for my purchases?
We accept the following forms of payment:
Pick your purchase directly at the LGL headquarter in Vilnius: you will have no shipment expenses and it’ll be a nice opportunity to meet the LGL staff in person.
Please consider that a bank transfer could take a couple of days before it gets to us. However, as soon as we will receive your payment, we will be ready to dispatch your order!
Easy, fast and efficient! You only need a PayPal account. Moreover, every transaction you make will be safe and all of your information is confidential. Just please be sure to write your information correct and that the name and address provided in the billing area matches the information as it appears on your PayPal.
5) Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is incorporated in the price.
However, if your item is sent outside Europe you may have to face customs duties. Unfortunately, these are not included in the final price of your purchase and they are your own responsibility.
6) What if I got the wrong size of something?
We always recommend our customers double-check their orders and email us whenever they have doubts on sizes. However, mistakes can happen, so… no worries! Just send your order back to us within 7 days from the date you received your shipment. So if you got the wrong size of an item, just follow these 3 easy steps:

We want to be 100% sure that you will be satisfied with your new item! Just make sure to contact us as soon as possible so that we can check that the item you requested is not out of stock. In the unlucky event that this happens we will do our best to find another equally fabulous product!

If you got the wrong size of an item, transactions are final and no refunds are possible (refunds are possible only in case your item was damaged through no fault of your own)
Unreasonable delivery charges may not be refunded. This is entirely at LGL’s discretion. In case you chose a wrong size, we can’t foot the bill, so you’ll be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Please pay attention to these details:
Send your item back to us via a registered letter/parcel (one for which we have to sign for on our end).
Write on your letter/package that you are the sender! We will ship your new item back to the original address you gave us for your first purchase. If you need your new item to be delivered to a new address, please contact us.
Please include your receipt inside your letter/package.

7) What if my item is damaged?
If your item is damaged through no fault of your own (oops! We‘re super sorry!), you won‘t need to send it back to us. Just send us a picture of the damage: please remember to do this within 3 days from the date you received your shipment.
Moreover, ensure to contact us as soon as possible so that we can check that the item you previously requested is not out of stock. In the unlucky event this happens we will do our best to find another, similar product! If you won‘t be satisfied with an alternative product, a refund is possible in this case.
To sum up, if you want an item to be replaced just follow these 2 easy steps:
