LGL‘s 21st Birthday marked with a vibrant Party

On December 5, 2014 the national LGBT* rights organization LGL celebrated its 21st Birthday.

The guests of our Birthday party had an opportunity to congratulate on the organization‘s maturity, get to know our volunteers and staff and learn more about our activities. Those who attended the celebration were also invited to participate in a lottery, taste LGL‘s Birthday cake, have social drinks and rock the dance floor.

The executive director of LGL Vladimir Simonko delivered a welcoming speech, followed by several congratulatory speeches given by friends and partners who supported our organization – Tolerant Youth Association, Human Rights Centre.

It is inevitable to summarize the achievements and the challenges faced towards the end of the year. And although there is never enough to be done for the human rights advocacy, LGL can always rely on its creative volunteers. Therefore, the celebration was focused on a sincere appreciation of volunteers who were awarded with specially dedicated mugs. We thank everyone who supported LGL throughout 21 years of our existence.
